Hormone Health Is Foundational

Symptoms are signals. We look at the whole picture.

Hormonal changes can affect energy, sleep, mood, cognition, metabolism, skin, hair, sexual health, menstrual cycles, and overall well-being.

Rather than focusing on a single symptom, we evaluate how your hormones interact with thyroid function, stress physiology, nutrition, metabolic health, lifestyle, and other contributing factors.

Your care begins with a comprehensive consultation and may include advanced blood work, salivary hormone and cortisol testing, individualized hormone support, nutritional guidance, targeted supplementation, prescription therapy when appropriate, and ongoing monitoring.

Our goal is not to treat a lab value. It is to understand you.

Common Concerns We Evaluate

Hormone changes can show up in many different ways.

Symptoms vary from person to person and may have more than one contributing cause. Your provider evaluates your individual history before making treatment recommendations.

Perimenopause & Menopause

Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbance, mood changes, brain fog, vaginal symptoms, and changes in energy or body composition.

PMS & PMDD

Mood changes, irritability, bloating, cramping, headaches, breast tenderness, and cyclical symptoms.

PCOS

Irregular cycles, acne, unwanted hair growth, weight changes, insulin resistance, fertility concerns, and androgen-related symptoms.

Fatigue & Brain Fog

Low energy, poor concentration, reduced motivation, disrupted sleep, or difficulty feeling mentally sharp.

Low Libido & Sexual Health

Reduced desire, vaginal dryness, discomfort, decreased arousal, or other hormone-related sexual health concerns.

Weight & Metabolic Changes

Unexpected weight gain, increased abdominal fat, cravings, insulin resistance, or difficulty maintaining previous body composition.

Comprehensive Consultation

Your story matters as much as your laboratory results.

We take time to review your symptoms, cycle history, menopause status, medications, supplements, previous laboratory testing, nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle, medical history, and goals. This allows us to determine which testing and treatment options make sense for you.

Our Approach

Personalized care from evaluation through follow-up.

Hormone optimization is not a one-time prescription. Your plan is built around your symptoms, laboratory findings, response to treatment, health history, and changing needs.

1

Comprehensive Consultation

Detailed review of symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, medications, and goals.

2

Advanced Testing

Targeted laboratory testing helps identify hormone patterns, stress physiology, metabolic factors, thyroid concerns, and nutritional contributors.

3

Personalized Plan

Your provider develops an individualized treatment plan based on your clinical picture rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.

4

Treatment & Support

Your plan may include hormone therapy, nutrition, supplements, prescriptions, lifestyle guidance, and other targeted interventions when appropriate.

5

Ongoing Monitoring

We reassess symptoms, laboratory findings, response, tolerability, and goals so your treatment can evolve with you.
